Location:
Bywater Street is a very quiet cul de sac located in the heart of fashionable Chelsea with numerous shops, bars and restaurants on the door-step in the King's Road. Sloane Square (5 min walk) is the nearest underground station on the Circle and District line.
Buses from the King's Road go direct to Victoria, to Westminster and Waterloo (11 and 211), to Knightsbridge and Piccadilly/Leicester Square (19 and 22) and to Marble Arch (137).

Directions to No 20
By Tube/Underground: we are a five minute walk down the King's Road from Sloane Square Underground Station. Exit the station and walk straight ahead with Peter Jones department store on your right. Bywater Street is a small road 6th on your right with the shop Penhaligon on the corner and Paul the french bakery opposite. Number 20 is the green house at the end of the cul de sac.
By Bus: numbers 11, 211, 19, 22 all stop close by on the King's Road. Travelling west from Sloane Square get off at the fashion shop Monsoon (Walpole St stop) walk up the road, cross over and Bywater Street is on the right by Paul the french bakery. Numbers 88, 137 stop at Sloane Square.
(We suggest a Travel card or Oyster card, purchased from any tube station, as fares are much less expensive this way and on some buses cash is not taken)
By Car: driving in London is best avoided due to parking restrictions and the Congestion Charge Zone......... parking is 'Resident's only' in the street but you can drop off bags and then find a parking meter in adjacent streets or a Car Park. Parking is free on meters or a single yellow line from 6.30pm until 8.30am.
'Pure Parking' (www.pure-parking.com) at Whitelands House Garage, Cheltenham Terrace (3 min walk) charges £45 per 24 hours. It is necessary to book at peak times.
